Shaanxi Province's "Belt and Road" Language Service and Big Data platform (hereinafter referred to as the "platform") was established by GTCOM together with the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Shaanxi Province, the Qinhan New City Administrative Committee of Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, and Xi'an International Studies University. The platform includes a 24/7 global multilingual call center, multilingual intelligent hardware, a multilingual service system for Chanba embassies and consulates, and a cross-language big-data platform.
The platform, by applying the world's leading language technology and the global cross-language big-data technology, strives to conduct in-depth mining and analysis of big data regarding such vertical areas as overseas public opinions, business conditions, science and technology, industry, agriculture, finance, tourism, transportation and cultural education in the countries of the Belt and Road. It provides full-media language services on a 24/7 basis along with accurate, customized big-data analysis solutions for the governments at all levels, enterprises, public institutions and individual citizens in Shaanxi Province, thereby functioning as a highly effective reference for users in their decision-making processes.
