Global Tone Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (GTCOM), founded in 2013, is a global-leading big data and AI company engaged mainly in intelligent big data analytics and language technology services.

 

Its business mainly covers intelligent analysis of open-access data and industry-specific big data, machine translation-based intelligent services, and language technology services. It has developed proprietary technologies in such areas as machine translation, natural language processing, big data, and knowledge graphs.

 

GTCOM has delivered a number of cutting-edge research results, including the multilingual neural machine translation technology based on super-large models and the GeWu multilingual pre-trained language model. GTCOM has also gleaned many top awards in widely recognized international competitions.

 

GTCOM boasts large-scale corpus data, excellent R&D strengths, effective commercialization and service management capabilities. The company has the certification of ISO9001 (quality management), ISO27001 (information security management), ISO20000 (information technology service management), Data Management Capability Maturity Assessment Model (DCMM) standards, and maturity level 5 standard of capability maturity model integration (CMMI 5).

 

GTCOM has also been ranked among KMPG China Fintech 50 for three consecutive years. Gartner Market Guide for AI-Enabled Translation Services recognizes it as a global AI-enable machine translation service provider.
